Resolved Question: I have a new kitten...and I need some help?

I found two kittens near our car..and we were fixing to leave, so my dad told me to put them in a box and the mom would take them... well it's been about a week, and the mom still hasn't come and got them. As far as I've noticed, she's had nothing to do with her babies. This morning one of the two kittens died. My family and I have made up our mind that we need to feed the kitten ourselves. The kitten is so young though, she can't eat by herself. She still needs her milk.
